Account Deletion Request:
1.Primary way via Account Settings (Phone or Mobile App):
- Open the App/Browser: Log in to the platform using the mobile app or a mobile browser.
- Go to Settings: Navigate to your profile settings page.
- Select “Account Deletion”: Find the “Delete Account” option, located under “Profile” settings.
- Confirm Deletion: Follow the prompts to confirm your account deletion. You may need to enter your password again for security.
2. Secondary way via Support Team:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include the following details in your email:
– Your full name
– Registered email address
– Reason for account deletion (optional)
Our team will process your request within *7 working days*
Important Information:
- Deleting your account will permanently erase your personal information, settings, and data.
- If you have any pending transactions or active subscriptions, ensure these are resolved before proceeding.
- You may not be able to recover your account after deletion.
